How to customise Family Connect settings
Changing the settings on your Family Connect account couldn’t be simpler.
Look out for the edit icon that shows which settings can be customised.
Personal Information
Keep your details with us up to date, it’s quick and easy to change. We need to have your full name and address for regulatory purposes. This won’t be shared with anyone else and is completely secure.
Login Details
If you would like to change the email address you use to log in you can do so in this section. You also have the option to change your password. If you forget your password then please get in touch.
Phone
If you change your mobile number then it’s important to update this in Family Connect. This is so that we are able to verify your identity when you log in.
Email Alert Frequency
Choose to receive daily, weekly, or monthly email alerts on any new bank account activity of the accounts you are connected to. Or, you can just check in when it works for you.
