We are FCA Authorised

To deliver safe consumer journeys we are fully regulated as an authorised payments institute and consumer credit firm.

We are authorised by the FCA under the payment service regulations and consumer credit act to carry out the following regulated activities:

AISP

Access to a consumer’s bank account information and the authority to provide this with consent to a third party.

PISP

Permission to initial a payment from or to a consumer from another party.

CRA

Permission to create and distribute a consumer credit score for the purpose of obtaining credit or debt advice.

CISP

Authority to access third party credit reference information and use this to determine the financial standing of a customer.

Nicolina is a board observer and iNED trainee. She is a corporate commercial solicitor and brings a wealth of legal knowledge to the board.
